| Alan Ramsey |
Alan Ramsey joined the St Aldates leadership team as Curate in summer 2008, having completed his training for ordination at Wycliffe Hall in Oxford.
Prior to that, he worked in the design and communications industry in London for ten years.

| Anita Cleverly |
Anita Cleverly has been at St Aldates since her husband Charlie was appointed as Rector in 2002. Prior to coming to Oxford, they led a French-speaking church together in inner-city Paris for 10 years.
Anita is the UK National Coordinator of the Lydia International Prayer Network and author of 'Destiny’s Children'.

| Charlie Cleverly |
Charlie Cleverly has been Rector of St Aldates since 2002. Prior to coming to Oxford, he pastored a French-speaking church in inner-city Paris for 10 years, where he founded Embrase Nos Coeurs and Intercession France, conferences promoting intercession throughout France.
Charlie's books include ‘The Passion That Shapes Nations’ and ‘The Discipline of Intimacy’. He is married to Anita, who serves as a Lay Pastor at St Aldates.

| Gordon Hickson |
Gordon Hickson has been Associate Pastor at St Aldates since 2005. Previously an Assemblies of God minister and Senior Pastor of a group of churches in Watford, he is now an ordained Anglican vicar.
With his wife Rachel, he served for 5 years as Crusade Director for Reinhard Bonnke in Africa and Asia.

| Martyn Layzell |
Martyn Layzell came to St Aldates as Worship Pastor in summer 2004. Before that, he was based at Soul Survivor Watford. He has led worship at several national conferences, including Soul Survivor, New Wine and Spring Harvest.
Martyn has a heart to write songs for congregational worship; these are featured on his two albums, 'Lost in Wonder' and 'Turn My Face'. He is married to Emily and they have three boys.

| Michael Ramsden |
Michael Ramsden has been the European Director of the Zacharias Trust since 1997. He grew up in the Middle East, returning to the UK to work and study Law and Economics. He travels widely, speaking in universities, churches and at conferences.
Michael is a passionate evangelist, presenting an apologetic for the Gospel in a lively manner. He is married to Anne and they live in Oxford with their three children.

| Simon Ponsonby |
Simon Ponsonby left the meat industry to become an evangelist, then trained for ordination at Trinity College, Bristol. He holds a BA & MLitt in Theology and served a curacy in Bradford, before becoming Oxford Pastorate Chaplain in 1998.
Simon took up the position of Pastor of Theology at St Aldates in 2005, a role that combines teaching, travelling and writing. He is the author of 'More'. He is married to Tiffany and has two boys, Joel and Nat.
