The Worship Pastor will join an existing Worship Pastor as part of a growing worship team, working collaboratively to lead and cultivate worship across St Aldates. This role exists not as a replacement, but as a strategic investment in creating capacity as we respond to the opportunities and growth we are seeing across the church community.

The Executive Pastor will be a senior pastor within St Aldates, called to provide spiritual, pastoral, strategic and organisational leadership in support of the church's mission to invite people to encounter Jesus, be equipped to follow him, and envisioned to transform their communities and contexts.

The Events & Hospitality Manager leads the planning and delivery of events, hospitality and operational services at St Aldates, ensuring ministry activities run smoothly and enabling church leaders to focus on discipleship, pastoral care, teaching and mission.

The ACT Outreach Manager role involves planning and delivering outreach activities that connect the charity with individuals and communities facing multiple disadvantage. Working closely with the Head of Outreach and Head of Charity, the role builds community relationships and develops initiatives that align with ACT's strategic objectives.
